​Camp Galilee is a non-profit, non-denominational camping and retreat center located in El Dorado Springs, MO. The Camp's nearly 200-acre site is open year-round for retreats, reunions, weddings and much more. Open Positions 

Summer Staff

In March 2024, Camp Galilee will be seeking to hire paid staffers for the summer 2024 season. Staffers wear many hats. They disciple campers, provide programming support, assist in camp maintenance, aid in kitchen duties and much more. Really, our staff are the hands and feet of our ministry. Ultimately, our summer staff are challenged to model Christ-like hospitality to all of the guests who enter our gates.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years old, a high school graduate, and available during the entire camping season (May - August).
Compensation: Salaried position paid twice monthly. Housing, laundry, and meals included on site.
Interview Process:  Application → Background Check → Interviews (TBA) → Notification (April)

Volunteer Counselors

Counselors make camp fun! If you have a passion for Christ and love to mentor younger kids this is the position for you! Both male and female counselors are needed during every camp. So check out the camp line up and apply for a half week or week that fits your schedule.

Qualifications: Must be 16 years old and available during the whole camp week you wish to counsel.

Volunteer Nurses

We are seeking volunteer Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) serve as staff each week this summer. In exchange, we are offering one free camper tuition, housing and meals for the week. This is a wonderful way minister to our campers and enjoy a week away at camp!
