Our directors, Katrina and Enos Herschberger, have officially passed on their positions to Emily and Grady Hodge of El Dorado Springs. We are so thankful to the Herschbergers for their years of hard work and dedication to Camp Galilee, and we wish them the best in their new adventures!
A note from Katrina: “It has been an honor to serve Camp Galilee! This place is so special to Enos and I. I’ve spent nearly every summer here since I was in elementary school and I’ve seen God move in big ways through this ministry. That being said, it takes a lot of time and energy to keep camp going. It’s the right time for Enos and I to pass the torch to Emily and Grady to guide Galilee into its next season. We hope the larger Galilee community will rally alongside the Hodges as they assume their new positions as camp directors. We love you all!” ![]() We’d like to give a warm welcome to our new Assistant Director, Jalen Supancic! He has his degree in business from Southwest Baptist University. He also serves part-time as a local youth pastor at First Christian Church here in Eldorado Springs. Welcome Jalen! Today is our first annual Camp Galilee Day of Prayer!
Camp Galilee's Day of Prayer is an opportunity for our network of campers, directors, counselors, staff, and churches to unite in prayer for our ministry. Throughout the day our directors will be live on our Facebook Page asking for prayer for different aspects of our ministry. Please share your prayers with us through your comments! "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:6-7 |
